Help me find fresh boy names

I have a curse of loving every boy name that ends with "in" (Calvin, Griffin, Benjamin, etc), and none of them work with our last name, which ends in a similar sound.

Some names I like that actually work with our name include:
    Bennett
    Elliott
    Everett
    Jonas
    Silas
    Leander

DH is OK with them, but none of them have wowed yet. He loves Alexander, but I think it might be a little too popular right now. Do you have any suggestions of similar names I might be overlooking?

Just wanted to throw out there that my first name ends in "-in" and my last name ends in "-on", they are both two syllables and start with the same letter. I love my name, flow is less important than how much you love the name, IMO. If you and your hubby both love names that end in "-in", use one.

That said, I like Elliott and Silas, and I think Leander is the perfect compromise if he loves Alexander. Have you thought about Evander or Lysander as well?

I am almost positive that Zavier and Zander are less popular than Alexander, so those would be my first two suggestions.
    Other ideas:
    Sawyer
    Josiah(joey)
    Mitchell
    Marshall
    Lennox
    Maddox
    Prescott
    Malachi
    Malachite(kai/kye as a nn)
