I don't think it's boring at all. I think it's classic and beautiful.

I adore Charlotte, and I adore Eleanor, but I agree that together they're kind of boring. I even like Eleanor Charlotte. Just not Charlotte Eleanor. Sorry. I think something like Charlotte Elena or Charlotte Eliza or Charlotte Eloise or Charlotte Eleni would be sweet, though.

I don't like it but I don't think there's anything *wrong* with it.

Charlotte is pretty and I kind of like it, but prefer a lot of the other classic C names that are less popular - Catherine, Cecilia, Caroline. I know tons of Charlottes, which doesn't help, and I dislike both Charlie and Lottie as nicknames, though of the two Lottie is better. It just feels like it's really having its moment and that it won't actually hold up as well as you'd expect a classic-seeming name to.

Eleanor I just don't care for but there's nothing horrible about it. I prefer Esther, Eliza, Elise, Esme, Elle, and even some crusty picks like Enid.
