I don't like it but I don't think there's anything *wrong* with it.
Charlotte is pretty and I kind of like it, but prefer a lot of the other classic C names that are less popular - Catherine, Cecilia, Caroline. I know tons of Charlottes, which doesn't help, and I dislike both Charlie and Lottie as nicknames, though of the two Lottie is better. It just feels like it's really having its moment and that it won't actually hold up as well as you'd expect a classic-seeming name to.
Eleanor I just don't care for but there's nothing horrible about it. I prefer Esther, Eliza, Elise, Esme, Elle, and even some crusty picks like Enid.
