    How do you pronounce Lelia?

I am researching my family tree and my great-great-great grandmother's name was Lelia and even though I am a name enthusiast I have no idea how to pronounce this name!? I feel so dumb! Help me out! Is it "Leel-ya" "Lily-ah" "Lay-lah" "Luh-leah" or something else??? Thanks everyone!

My initial response to seeing Lelia was lee-lee-uh, but that is probably because I personally pronounce Celia as see-lee-uh.

I have twin great-great aunts Delia & Lelia, prounounced Deel-ya and Leel-ya, so that would be my guess, esp. if she was born in the US, W. of the Mississippi or is of English, Irish or Scottish ancestry.

Yes, she was born in Mississippi, so I'm thinking "Leel-ya." Thank you everyone!!
