I'm not into Nora/Norah in all honesty I find the name unattractive. I can see the appeal she's vintage, has a cool retro vibe and looks intriguing. But I dislike the sound of Nora. I would prefer Eleanor or Eleanora. Eleanora Laine would be really elegant.

I like Norah as a stand-alone name, and Nora as a short/nn form of Eleanora, Eleanor, Leonora, Lenora, etc.
