This is a slightly out-there suggestion, but have you considered using the initials F.I.A. to get to the nn Fia?
Here are some suggestions (using hyphenated middles if you don't want to change to three):
    Felicia Isolde-Aria
    Fenella Ivy-Anne
    Fleur Isla-Alexandria
    Fabienne Ida-Amelie
    Fantasia Ivory-Ada

    Other random thoughts:
    Meryl
    Lyra
    Lisbeth
    Wendy
    Zenobia
    Hyacinth
    Clarissa

Good luck! Hope you find something soon

one more thought, have you considered using Faith nn Fia? The letters are all there, and it's similar to Grace from your husband's list.

    ~Sweet and Sassy~

    ~Strong and Stubborn~
