Here are some suggestions for you! (by the way, I love Ragnar for your boy!)
Octavia (nn Via/Fia?)
Amoret (nn Amie?)
Tallulah (nn Lulu)
Cleo/Clio (too nicknamey?)
Eleanor/Eleanor-Rose? (nn Elle/Ellie/Nora)
Florence (nn Flossie/Florrie)
Vivienne (too close to Evie?)
Matilda (nn Millie/Tillie/Mattie)

Best of luck!

Phew! This is hard!
From his list, I like Willow, Violet, and Aurora. From yours, I like Gwyneth, Magnolia, Magdalene, and Nova. Willow is on both lists, but I'm guessing you don't love it enough to commit.
I didn't really read through your previous post, so I'm sorry if any of these names have already been suggested:
Rosalie nn rose or rosie
Novalie nn nova
Kerensa nn kensa or kensi
Veronica nn vicka
Danica nn dani
Victoria nn vicka, or tori
Elowen nn Ella or Ellie
Sylvia nn Sylvie
Delilah nn Della or Lila

Some of the names that for whatever reason struck me as potentially bridging your tastes begin with a C, which I know you hoped to avoid, but:
Cassia (second pp's suggestion above)
Thea (you said no Ts but, I pronounce this one Thee-uh, if that makes a difference)
Thalia (similarly, Thay-lee-uh, an unusual but legitimate pronunciation)
Viola (I like it pronounced VYE-uh-la, like Violet with the last syllable altered)
I know you guys have been through a lot of names, and I'm guessing some of these have already been rejected by one or both of you, but there it is.
ETA: Just remembering your husband's only-one-pronunciation rule, so I guess many of these won't work for that reason. Sorry!
