    I grew up neat shenandoah pa! Lol so I dont think id consider it as a name, zephan is too cute. I was im the same boat as you with the so no liking any names but it seema like you have more than plenty of suggestions! So good luck

    If you like 'Fia' how about Ffion. A pretty but strong welsh name.
    Similarly, a few people have mentioned Seren- which means Star in Welsh.
    Lyra is a kickass name- good literary links.
    Same with Tess/Tessa (of the D'urbevilles.)
    Zinnia is nice. I know a beautiful and kind Zinnia.
    Also- your husband likes Lucy? How about Luella, Luna or Lux?
