    Nora Cate is so adorable!
    I LOVE:
Margot Elizabeth (also could be Maggie Beth)
    Carys Johanna
    Maeve Elizabeth
    Lydia Josephine
    Piper Johanna
Slight alterations from your list that I also really really like are Elizabeth Maeve, with the potential nns of Lizzie Mae or Ellie Mae, and Sylvia Johanna (is there a reason why you had just Sylvie for a first name? I think Sylvia Johanna (or Josephine) nn Sylvie Jo would be just wonderful). My favorites with Nora Cathleen are probably Margot Elizabeth, Piper Johanna, and Sylvia Johanna. They all have potential for two-part nicknames to go with Nora Cate. Nora and Margot, Nora and Piper, Nora and Sylvia are all great together!
    Lovely Ladies:
Elanor Therese ~ Rosemary Luthien ~ Elizabeth Gloria ~ Abilene Cecilia
Lucy Magdalene ~ Susannah Violet ~ Caroline Mercy
Elsa Evangeline ~ Jane Magnolia ~ Sylvia Pearl ~ Cassia Valentine

    Gallant Gents:
Timothy Lewis ~ William Augustine ~ Sebastian Vincent
Harrison Peter ~ Percy Maximilian ~ Owen Benedict
John Paul Atticus ~ Lincoln Ignatius ~ Calvin Anthony

I really like the name Johanna so I love any of those combinations, though Audrey Johanna or Johanna Audrey is my favorite.
    Johanna Audrey nn 'Jo'-'ey'
I like that better than Audrey Jo

I'm very sad you cannot fit Elowen in... I love that name

I really like Zoe Anneliese (Zoe Ann), Piper Johanna (Piper Jo), and Vivien Leigh (Viv Leigh). I think they go the best with Nora Cate!

I do prefer Vivica to Vivian, as I think its livelier and less popular, but the nickname Viv/Vivi is adorable. Random thought, I always thought Vivica/Vivian/Vivina was a great alternative to Olivia. I know you didn't think about Olivia, I'm just babbling. lol
