    Opinions on Lily?

WDYT of the name Lily ignoring popularity? Lillian nn Lily or just Lily?

    I like Liliana nn Lily.
I think Lily is very cutesy and whilst the association with the flower is nice, I just don't think it is substantial enough as a full name and I find it to be more nicknamey.
Personally, I just prefer the name Liliana over Liliane as I prefer Spanish names with the 'a' ending to the French versions with the 'e' ending.

I love Lily! I personally prefer a longer variant (not because Lily's not usable on its own; I just like the versatility). Liliana nn Lily is on my list, but I also ADORE Lillian, Lilia, Lilibet, Elisabeth, and Lilias, and I'm currently mulling Liliane over. I think there's so many beautiful Lily options!

I love the name Lily. I'd use it as a nn for Lillian but either way I love it. Liliana is pretty too.

I love Lillian! I'd say Lillian would grow up with her better than Lily, but still lends itself to cute nicknames so you get the best of both worlds.
