I love so many of these! I would keep:
Emmaline (although I prefer Emmeline)
And I like Belle, Claire, Jane, Kate, etc., but I generally prefer them as middles. They're probably more interesting as FNs, but the idea of putting Penelope, Aurora, Emmeline, Lily, or Isobel/Isabel/Isabelle in the MN spot to one of those sort of kills me. Although I do think something like Claire Emmeline, Kate Penelope, Jane Aurora, or Belle Penelope would be quite lovely! I would love to see Lily Eleanor, Emmeline Felicity (or Isobel Felicity!), Aurora Penelope, Penelope Jane (simple, but I love this combo so much!), Eleanor Claire, Isobel Cosima (I know it's not on your list, but Isabelle is my top choice for a girl, and I've been crushing so hard on Isabelle Cosima today! Isabelle Aurora Grace is my combo, so I'd be quite happy to see Isabelle Aurora, although it seems to end quite abruptly...), Felicity Kate, Belle Penelope, Claire Emmeline, Lily Kate (especially as a double-barrel! Lily Katherine, nn Lily Kate? Or Lily Katerina, Lily Ekaterina?), Jane Clementine (although, if you're a Rizzoli and Isles fan, I probably wouldn't go near this!), etc.

Its dark and tormented - the furor of passion, the despair of an idealism that you can't attain.

You have a lovely list of names to choose from, and I like a lot of these myself!
I couldn't narrow down to 5, but here goes...
I generally like Quinn - though as others have said, not sure how well it fits with the rest of your choices.
