Clark is a great name in its own right, and if it makes your Superman-fan husband happy, all the better. It is a little bit "matchy" with Kate, but it isn't terrible. I like the suggestion of Kent also, but Kate and Kent would be too close for me. Kate and Clark gets by IMO. I think of Clark Gable first, but that's because I have a crush on Rhett Butler. ;-)
Kal is kind of fun but Kallahan does nothing for me -- Callahan is nice but the K looks a bit Kardashian, and I'm afraid that other stand-in names for Kal would just do the same. I wouldn't have a problem with putting full-on Kal-El as a middle name though if you really liked it. Clark would make a great middle name too, and avoid "weirdness."
Nolan and Oliver are both fine and upstanding names so you can't go wrong there. I like Nolan better since it's heard less, and I like its modern feel alongside Kate and Abigail.
10 weeks is plenty of time! Have fun deciding and please come back and post in the Birth Announcements section to tell us what you named your little hero when he gets here.
