Well, if you're truly worried about "big names" and offbeat names, then I think you're answering your own question.
You can always hold on to those as middle names and then use them when you're feeling spunky.
Have you talked about any of these with your SO? Or at least felt him out about more uncommon names? That might be the nail in the coffin for a good number and it would be hard to get super attached to a name only to find out that a childhood bully or old girlfriend or mean past teacher bore one of these.
You definitely have a lot on your list that aren't at all "crazy" or out of this world. You have a good mix of popular, usable, unique, and very different. But when it comes to an actual human, it certainly feels different.
Here are the ones that I'd consider interesting but very usable:
If it were me I'd probably go with Annika Wren or Coral AdelaideTop Names: Benedict Calvin & Noelle Geneva
Olivia/Livy : Darah/Bethel : Eve/Verity
Eli/Solomon : Luke/Zane: Levi/Phineas
Due in January!

Top 5: (in no particular order)
Annika - probably my fave, mostly due to association. I met a real-life Annika who was absolutely beautiful!
Pandora - like this one but feel there would be endless 'Pandora's box' jokes being made when she's older
