Lucia or Aurelia - depends on how you're pronouncing Lucia. If you're pronouncing Lucia as Loo-chee-uh or Loo-see-uh, then I prefer Lucia, but if you're pronouncing it Loo-shuh, then I prefer Aurelia.

Leonie or Leonora - Leonora seems more sophisticated to me. You always have the bonus nn. of Nora too!
Ivy or Isla or Iris - Iris. I love Ivy and Isla too, but they are way too popular right now.
Edith or Elodie - Edith. Again, sophisticated over little girlie. I can't iagine an adult named Elodie, though it is a nice name.
    Lucia or Aurelia - Lucia.
Aurora or Callista - Aurora. I go to school with an Aurora.
Beatrix or Imogen - Beatrix. Imogen is over done.

Leonie or Leonora - Strong, beautiful, uncommon yet such a great name.
Ivy or Isla or Iris - Hard to pick this one, I like all three. Ivy edges it as it's a family name for me, but you can't go wrong with any of them.
Edith or Elodie - Edith is still a grandma name to me. Elodie I like but I would hate for her to have the nn Ellie, the full name is so much nicer.
Lucia or Aurelia - I've always had a soft spot for Lucia.
Aurora or Callista - Not a fan of either particularly but I do like nn Callie, and I find Aurora a bit of a mouthful to say.
Beatrix or Imogen - No contest. I love Imogen, she's got historical, literary pedigree, is strong and feminine without being frilly.
