Would you be open to a double-barrel first name? I particularly like it paired with names that have the same U sound: Ruby-June, Lucy-June, Susie-June, Sukey-June, Luisa-June. Other ideas: Katie-June, Mira-June, Lila-June.

Junia is a more classic way to go for a variation of June.
    Juno is unique and free-spirited.
Juna to me is a cross between Junia and Juno, classic while still being unique.

I think Junia looks best with Eloise, Beatrix, and Foster.
Though I think Beatrix & Juno look awesome together.

Thanks for all the replies! I haven't had a chance to check on this thread since I posted it. :/

I do like Junia and Juniper.

But I really love Alzoras recommendation of a smush type of name. I had thought about putting June first, but not second!

    How about:

    Maisie-June
    Aggie-June
    Sylvie-June
    Ruthie-June

Any other ideas?! Do any of these go well with my sibset?

Eloise, Foster, Beatrix, and Sylvie-June is breathtaking.
    I also like Anna-June, Sara-June, Mia-June, Ella-June... I know they're all popular, but she'll be the only Mia-June even if they're another Mia!
