    Friends. Friends. Friends.

It's so tied to the TV show. I know the show has been off the air for ten years, but it will still be everyone's first thought when they meet your Chandler.

Regardless of the TV show, I don't like Chandler as a name much at all.

Chandler can be a boy name or a girl name. I quiet like it. It is a wonderful name. I prefer it for a boy though.

Am I the only person who doesn't associate Chandler with Friends? I've known three guys and a girl named Chandler. It's not my style at all, but I'm not opposed to seeing it used.

I think it's fine, esp. if it's a surname in your ancestry.

I know Friends has been off the air for some time, but I think this name is still too closely associated with the show to be all that useable.
