Thread: Girl names ending in "I"
August 18th, 2013 10:47 PM #16
I agree with previous posters -- use a legitimate 'i' name instead of mangling the spelling. Name traditions are nice, but they all end eventually. This one is particularly dated. Clearly your mother already made one exception. Why don't you use an 'ie' too, since it's now within the purview of the tradition?
If you still want to use an i-ending name, how about Adelei?Simon, Eloise/Louise/Louisa, Faye, Judah, Thea, Felix, Iris, Cordelia, Roscoe, Lydia, Jasper, Phaedra, Adrian, Lucinda, Jane, Wallace, Finnegan, Sylvie, Charlie, Dashiell, Juniper, Atlas, Matilda, Julian, Alice, Marlowe, Octavia, Jack, Marigold, Archer, Gabriel, Persephone, Raphael, Dov
