    I prefer Harlow Isabel Rose as a combo, though I do like the name Lila. Winter Rose is a bit too wordy for me.

    I like them both, but I definitely prefer the Lila (that spelling) combo. If you do go with Harlow, I like Harlowe better.

    Lila! I like Lila Isabel Rose, but if you are set on the combos, then definitely Lila Winter Rose over Harlow Isabel Rose.
