    I like it. I'm naming my baby girl Lydia, but I almost like Lydian better. Its more off the beaten track, but still very pretty and feminine.

    Ralph Waldo Emerson had his wife change her name to this when they got married because he didn't like the flow of Lydia with Emerson. (She was originally Lydia Jackson, and she became Lidian Emerson.) I strongly associate the name with that.

    I don't really love it or hate it.

    I'm not sure this is actually a name. Sounds like a trendy smush of Lillian and Lydia, the sort of name I'd use in my stories.
