I love the idea of a Zane Wallace. So cute.

From your list I love Zane Frederick, Zane Caspian & Zane Dominic.

Everything else pales in comparison to Zane Caspian. It's stunning!

I have Zane Darius on my list, but I like Caspian even better than that.

Zane is one of my favourite one-syllable names for a boy! Since its a short four letter name, I like longer mn's that break up the straight line of the name (eg. names that contain hanging letters like y,g,j,p,q). Caspian is one of these names. Here are some examples.

    Zane Raphael
    Zane Gregory
    Zane Peregrine
    Zane Augustus
    Zane Barnaby
    Zane Montgomery
    Zane Magnus
    Zane Finnegan
    Zane Philip
    Zane Benjamin
    Zane Malachy
    Zane Ulysses
    Zane Timothy
    Zane Joseph
    Zane Humphrey
    Zane Douglas
    Zane Beauregard
    Zane Montague
    Zane Leopold
    Zane Sterling
    All the best,
    Mischa.

Thanks, ladies! I hadn't expected to love Zane Caspian so much, but it's really growing on me! And I'm glad to hear it's so well-received. (And I can imagine a Narnia-themed nursery years down the line!)

I'm really loving the suggestions of Zane Philip, Zane Arthur, and Zane Leopold, especially! They sound so princely, all of them. Philip and Arthur usually aren't my cup of tea, but I really adore them with Zane. And Barnaby! I love Barnabas from the book of Acts; I love the meaning of his name (son of encouragement) and the British and down-to-earth feel of the bubbly Barnaby, and Zane Barnaby is just fab.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks, Berries!
