    I agree that it makes me think of a cat. How about Calvin for a similar sound? Nickname "Cal" is great.

    I LOVE Calico on a boy! I never found it feminine my combo is Calico Jack at the moment but I don't love Jack (NO not in reference to the pirate). I say go for it.
