    I think it's a terrible name for a girl.

I know one under 5. Her middle is also very masculine. When her mom was preggo and told me the chosen name I repeated what she said several times hoping I'd heard wrong.
Proud mama to L. and S.E.R.

Hudson isn't an attractive name on boys or girls. All i think of is the stinky Hudson river...i wouldn't want people to be reminded of a bad smell when they heard my kid's name
I hope to be a mom one day. For now I enjoy being a name lover.

My apologies for any typos; i post from my mobile phone.

I like that it's the name of an explorer (my fave is Cabot), but it is rather masculine for a girl. If that's the theme you're going for, perhaps Indiana or Alaska will get you that adventurous feeling...or Scout as a nn for Scarlett.

I like Hudson on a boy but feel it's too masculine for a girl. Sorry
