I like Tennyson and Peregrine best. Tennyson James is great (you could also use the nn Sonny) and Peregrine James or Peregrine John both work well (possible nn P.J. and now that I think of it T.J. for Tennyson as well). I actually like them all. The only issue would be that Nicholas doesn't really work well with either name, since they both end in an -N sound and would have repeating 3 syllables. But hey that's okay, because the J's work fine.
Fenwick makes me think of Fenway Park and finnicky. And the prevalent "wick" makes it seem a bit like a brand of candle.
Jolyon seems a bit too feminine to me, possibly because I keep noticing Joy in there or like a pp said, it's similarity to Jocelyn.
Everhart is okay and gets points for being a family name, but I would prefer it as a middle and you said you don't like the mn options in the front. It's a bit too surnamey to even be a surname-name in my opinion (which only sort of makes sense and definitely doesn't matter). Also, I know it has a cool meaning, but I think there are a lot of boys would not want their nn to be Hart, especially as they got older. Sorry if any of this was a bit harsh, I just wanted to try to give you a few associations that occured to me in case any of them bother you. But again, I Love the first two names.
Good luck! =]
