Hmm, some practical magic, right? I think last time I went too hard on the magic and forgot about the practical. I tend to do that. I see the glitter and rainbows and run with it.
Let's see. I'm going to go back over what others have suggested so I don't just repeat what others have already written. And because my brain is feeling particularly OCD at the moment.
Cecelia nn Celia
Of which the following made it:
I think the most difficult part of finding the perfect fifth is the girls and boys are so different. The girls are very classic, for the most part, while the boys are more exotic biblical. I think it will work, it just makes it more of a challenge to find another girl name. I think Minerva, Viola and Yvaine are perfection with both the boys and girls.
Others for your consideration:
Okay I'm going to stop before it gets overwhelming.Considering...

This is long - I'm sorry - but I can't help myself!
Arwen - doesn't need an introduction I believe.
Aura - means "air". I fell in love with this while reading Fransisco Goldman's book "Say Her Name", a true story about how he fell in love his wife and her death.
Aurora - Goddess of dawn and Sleeping Beauty.
Auryn - The Childlike Empress in Never Ending Story.
Beata - means "blessed".
Betony - the pretty little flower.
Bolina - a nymph.
Branwen - Bran the Blessed's sister who turned into a bird after her brother's death.
Bridget - You know this one.
Camilla - Roman warrior woman, most likely a minor Goddess.
Carys/Charis - means "love"/"loveliness, grace"
Cassia - cinnamon!
Celia - a fairy
Daphne - nymph
Demelza - Cornish hamlet, and a tiny fort.
Egeria - nymph
Eira/Eirawen/Eirian - snow stuff
Elara - a princess in GM, and a moon of Jupiter.
Eleri - a girl in a legend, and a goddess like thing of a Welsh river.
Emiliana - more elaborate version of Emily.
Estella - stars and Great Expectations.
Finvola or Finola - a character in an old Irish folksong.
Heloise - Abelard & Heloise.
Hestia - the Goddess of the hearth. And a minor character in Harry Potter.
Ianthe - means violet flower. A nymph, and used in lots of poetry.
Idril - an Elvish princess in Tolkien's stories (she's in The Silmarilion).
Igraine - Mama of Arthur, Morgana, Morgause and Elaine of Garlot.
Inanna - the Sumerian Goddess.
Iselin - Norwegian version of Aisling. Pronounced eez-eh-linn.
Isidora - gift of Isis.
Issoria - epithet of Artemis.
Jasmine - jasmine smells delicious... and it's a Disney princess!
Juno - the Roman Goddess, and I think the movie's great! Also, the cutest children's bed in the world is called Juno.
Karya - a nymph
Lamia - beautiful queen who became a kind of sea monster, she was forced by Hera to eat her own children and it drove her mad. I like Keats' poem, it's lovely and makes the name more usable. I think it's a gorgeous name, and both John William Waterhouse and Herbert James Draper have stunning paintings of her.
Leila - a fairy!
Letitia - means "happiness"
Lilja - means "lily"
Maia - one of the Pleiades. Also a Spring Goddess in Roman mythology.
Maxima - a saint, and from very recently, the Queen of the Netherlands.
Meissa - a star in Orion, "the shining one".
Melaina - a nymph
Melia - nymph of the ash trees.
Miranda - from The Tempest
Myrsina - Greek Snow White.
Nerina - I know you nixed Nerissa, but Nerina is a great one too!
Ninlil - consort Goddess of Enlil, God of wind and breath in Sumerian mythology.
Oksana - this name is ridiculously romantic to be because of this gorgeous Ukrainian figure skated who danced both the black and the white swan at the 94 winter olympics.
Pareesa - "fairy like"
Siofra - faery changelings.
Sylvia - princess, mummy to Romulus and Remus. means "woodland".
Una - from The Faerie Queene, she represents truth and the "true church". She's quite cool.
Vega - the brightest star in Lyra.
