Please try to read Yifei ...

Yifei is a Chinese name I am considering to give my DD. It is read as /YEE-FEI/ in Chinese. I am wondering if it is easy enough to pronounce by an English speaker or it will be read as other pronunciation in English. Please try it. Thank you very much.

When I saw it, I thought it was pronounced "Yee-fay." Was I right?

I would pronounce Yifei as "yee fay". Some people may say "yiffy".
    All the best,

Before seeing that it's a Chinese name, my brain read it as "Yiffy". I don't think it's intuitive in English.
