Neither appeals to me. Crispin is weird but at least it's literary/historical, but Cyprian I've never even heard of as a name. And unless you have roots in Cyprus it especially doesn't make sense. Ciaran & Charles are good C names. If you're in love with Cyprian, consider Cyrus instead. It's not my favorite but it's at least a name with strength and dignity to it.

    Definitely Crispin Elliot. It's great.

Not a fan of Cyprian at all. I don't know whether you know or not, but a Cyprian is another term for prostitute.

I wouldn't use them as sibling names since they're too close for my liking. I like Cyprian the best, and Cyprian Luke is nice.
Maybe you would like Silas? He has a similar feeling, in my opinion.
