I know you said that Eden doesn't feel right, but I love it! I think Eden Riley sounds fabulous, and it goes really well with Noah. On your list I also really liked Lila, although I do agree with others in that it is really popular, but it is still a great name!
    Suggestions:
    Alaia
    Avalon
    Celia
    Cora
    Edith (similar to Eden)
    Elaine
    Elise
    Evelyn
    Hazel
    Ivy
Josephine (Josie sounds kind of similar to Jolie)
    Juliet
    Lane
    Lena
    Lucia
    Lydia
    Ruby
    Sage
    Willa

I hope that I could help, good luck!
Please pray for Lucy, her and her family need your support: http://erikandkatekrull.blogspot.com/

Thanks to all of you who have made suggestions, it is really helping me to think thru this. I cannot even begin to list the names that have already been vetoed by the other part of this naming congress! Many of the great suggestions above have been shot down, including Etta. I do agree with the poster who said Jolie and Riley are a bit too similar sounding. So, I think that is off the list, plus husband hates it.

I really like Eden, but if not, what about using Annaliese? You get what you want -- a name that isn't popular -- and he gets what he wants -- a short and sweet name (Anna or Anne or Annie as a nickname).

    Other ideas:

    Elena
    Gillian
Emmeline (nickname Emmy for your husband)
Regan (though I don't know if you want two Rs, though I do like the sound of REE-gan Riley)
Emilia (this one is a bit popular, but more so with the Amelia spelling)
Kaitlin (husband can call her Kate, short, sweet, and well known)
    Gia
