    Tops of the Pops?

As hard as I search the 500-1000 list to find the perfect not-too-popular but not-made-up name, my current kids keep vetoing any names that are the slightest bit unusual.
We were just vacationing at the beach and they go right to the souvenirs looking for their names. My first 2 kids have names in the top 100 and are ecstatic to find find mugs and keychains, etc. with their names. My third son is dismayed that I chose a more unusual name for him and he hates that he can't find anything with his name on it. He takes it personally. They even make a competition out of it---the winner being the one whose name is highest on the popularity list.

So my question to all you berries is:

If you had to pick the best of the top 100, what would you pick???

I love a lot of top 100 names (or variations of them, anyway!), so it's hard for me to pick just one! If I had to pick just one for each gender, it'd be Olivia and Caleb. But out of the top 100s, I like:

    Girls:
    Isabella (although I prefer Isabelle)
    Olivia
    Ella
    Addison
    Lily
    Charlotte
    Grace
    Hannah
    Lillian
    Zoe
    Audrey
    Claire
    Katherine (although I prefer Catherine)
    Julia
    Ariana
    Eva
    Violet
    Jocelyn
    Lydia

    Boys:
    Noah
    William
    Daniel
    Matthew
    Elijah
    Benjamin
    Joshua
    Joseph
    Samuel
    Isaac
    Caleb
    Owen
    Gavin
    Isaiah
    Henry
    Jack
    Evan
    Nicholas
    Aaron
    Charles
    Sebastian
    Zachary
    Dominic
    Ian
    Josiah
    Xavier
    Grayson
    Tristan
    Brody
    Hudson
(And if the original Aiden spelling, Aidan, was on the top 100, instead of Aiden and Ayden, then that would have made this list, too!)

    Good luck!

I guess the safest thing is to go classic. Picking Katherine, Caroline, Grace, or Charlotte will transcend time but will also satisfy a child who wants to find her name preprinted on a keychain.
