    I really like Fabian -- nothing girly about it. I actually knew a guy with this name who was a drummer in a punk band.

    My Spanish teacher's first name was Fabian, so to me it does have a Hispanic feel. It doesn't seem girly to me at all. I'd also pair it with a traditional middle name.
