Other babies -- All kinds of 'interesting' one
I have friends in two different cities -- Houston and New Orleans -- that decided to send me birth announcements knowing I'd spend all morning looking at them. :P There were a lot of really nice ones like Victoria and Aria and stuff, and a lot of trendy things like Rilee and Jaxon. Here's the interesting ones:

Jenrick -- mom is Jensy
Quinn* -- love on a boy!
Bachson -- mom is Thu
Jean-Sebastien** -- mom is J'anvieu
Deepak -- mom is Madhavi
Fenix -- I think this is supposed to be Phoenix
Kaleiyah -- mom is Kashourri
Obryann -- mom is Okeisha
Hanvitha -- mom is Swathi and the little girl has so much hair it looks like a wig O_O
Minati -- this little girl is the same as ^^ that one. Mom is Sujana
Keerthana -- mom is Sree
Nadia* -- mom is Deatrium
Ta'Riyah -- mom is Torranycia
Amari -- mom is Avernige
Zinachi -- mom is Eseosa

Started my NaNoWriMo novel - Kith nor Kin -- read it here if you'd like and feel free to comment -- http://kithnorkin.wordpress.com/ Chapter 19 is up -- Warning! It's pretty gruesome.

I also like Quinn on a boy, it has always felt more like a boy to me, anyway. Also like Vera and Nydia (this spelling). Sable, Nadia, Leonardo, and Genesis are ok, LeighAnn is fairly common around here but I prefer Luanne. I like Maximus for a pet, but over-the-top for a child.
I think Gerrilyn is a K'dunce.
(sorry that is wrong. but the pun is irresistible)
Leora, Amari, Macklan, Garren, and Aeris are interesting, otherwise I have nothing else nice to say. Deepak and a few others (Mechel?) are ethnic names so those are okay as well. But misspellings and apostroph-oh-no!s omgoodness why

Please, please tell me you're kidding and that no one has ever actually named their child Apron. That's on the same level as Blanket, but at least that was just a nickname.
