We're naming our son Job and the name has never been in the top anything! Well, it is popular in the Netherlands, but that's about it. Good luck!Mommy to:
Amaré Elyse (2 years). Her name is the present infinitive of "to love" in Latin, and we pronounce it with an accent on the end, so it sounds (phonetically) like Am-uh-RAY. We love her name, and especially the sweet way she says it herself.
Job Marcellus (Born 11/6/2013). We call him Joby.
"Indeed, we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord--that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful." ~ James 5:11 ~

On the plus side, I like Wylie, it's a logical combination with Hayes. On the downside, Wylie sounds a lot like Riley which is quite popular (for both boys and girls). And if he goes through a normal development of speech with Rs sounding like Ws for a while, people really will think he is Riley. All in all, an OK choice. Wylie sounds great with James.
River is less my style but reasonable. The natureness of it will make Hayes's name seem more like Haze. It's much more hippy than Hayes. Wouldn't be my pick, but it's not something I can advise against or anything.
Lincoln and Hayes concerns me because there was a president Hayes, so you've got two presidents, and one a lot more memorable than the other.
Wilder is pretty cool but it begs the "than what" comments. Upshot of Wilder is it sounds less like Riley and you could do Wilder nn Wylie.
Roman, Everett, and Cole are great but I think have a better shot at skyrocketing up the charts?
Really liking Brooks for you.
