    HELP!! Need Name Inspiration

    Hi all
We're expecting in the Spring!! I've posted these names before and I'm needing some serious inspiration

    I don't like:
I don't like pretentious girls or guy names or names that are overused. Not keen on misspellings of common names, made up names or surnames as first names.

    I like
I'm looking for different names that aren't trying to hard. Timeless names that aren't tired. Modern names that are strong. Want to evoke a bit of a bohemian feel while still being grounded. (Our son is named Kai and we love this name...my husband and I landed on it and never left) (A friend of mine named her girl Ellowin which is Welsch name and I love this name too)

Here's my list so far -- maybe you've seen it before. Would love more suggestions THANK YOU

    BOY
    Ronan

    GIRL
    Zoe

Solenne (Leni), Eve, Zoe, Nora, Claudia, Ada, Annie, Fiona, Nina

Well, I'm gonna try, but I'm not sure I'll hit the mark, because your description of wants doesn't totally match with Kai, in my opinion. I think of Kai as kind of a laid back surfer's name, so a Scottish, classic, not popular name sounds like it might be in a different direction from Kai.

Here is what came to mind:

    Boy:

    Louis
    Everett
    Dash
    Luca
    Donovan
    Callum
    Walden
    Orlando
    Lionel
    Desmond
    Beau/Bo
    Nash
    Grant
    Lachlan

    Girl:

    Ellery (Welch)
    June
Sarah (simple, but a very strong name and it reminds me of Nora)
    Greer
    Frances (nn could be Annie)
    Rhiannon (another Welch name)
    Pearl
    Sylvia/Sylvie
    Azalea
    Tess
    Arden
    Maeve
    Flora
    Maude
Penelope w/ a cute nn like Penny or Nelly
Mom to Clementine the cat and Friedman the fatter cat.
