    These names are usable...

    Asher
    Keegan
    Kean
Keenan - prefer the Irish Cianan
    August
    Hiram
    Abram
    Ruben
    Josiah
    Isham
    Zacharias
    Joah
    Marek
    Hendrick

    I don't like...

Eiam - I am, Ian with a twist, who knows?

Heston -Actor Charlton Heston was Moses in the Ten Commandments film and he was in Ben-Hur (good, noble Heston). Alas, I also remember him brandishing a rifle over his head as a leader in the gun movement and railing against the Democrats about his right to hear harms and they would only succeed in taking away those rights from "my cold, dead hands" (bad, scary Heston).

Hasting - hasty pudding? Hastings helped Sherlock Holmes investigate.

Byram - always be mistaken for Byron

Ahmet - only if you have Muslim/Arabic heritage.

Amon/Ammon - only if you like Egyptian sun gods.
    All the best,
    Mischa.

Love: Asher, Kean, August, Abram, Reuben (but only this spelling)
    Like: Keegan, Josiah
    Meh: Keenan, Hiram, Zacharias
Unusable, IMO: Kollin (really dislike this spelling), Heston, Hasting, Hendrick, Byram/Joah/Eiam (I've never heard any of these before)
Depends on your heritage: Ahmet, Amon/Ammon, Isham, Marek

    Asher -- Lovely. Excellent.
Kollin -- Spelling looks a little tacky.
Keegan -- Totally useable. Not my swag.
Kean -- Love love love it. Excellent choice.
Keenan -- and Kel! Still think it's useable.
August -- Charming. Totally useable and solid and excellent.
Hiram -- Hiram Lodge. Very fuddy and duddy. Useable I suppose, but it's extra stuffy with a side of curmudgeon.
Abram -- Perfectly useable and lovely.
Ahmet -- I like it. I like it a lot. Solid choice.
Amon -- Eh. Not a fan. Looks off.
    Ruben -- No fanks.
Josiah -- Useable, but it's a little not awesome to me.
Heston -- Perfectly useable and lovely.
Isham -- Weird but cool. I like it.
Zacharias -- A little elaborate. Useable, Zack's a totally cool nickname that brings it down to earth.
    Joah -- Eh. No fanks.
Ammon -- Same as Amon. I'd skip.
Byram -- A little stuffier than Hiram.
Marek -- Cool. I like it.
    Hasting -- Hasty. Eh.
Eiam -- Pronunciation? I'm not sure.
Hendrick -- Ooh! I like this! I like the name Hendrix but I don't wish to recall Jimi. This is a nice alternative. Nice.
