    Help name our baby!

Here i am again, still so back and forth on a name. & it seems like all the names we like are taken by close family ( large family of boys) or close friends who have children with the name.
We really dont like any names for our child that are "off the wall" , im kinda a plain jane and it def shows with naming my child. I really like all the classic baby names -James(fiances best friends sons name) & Jon(my cousins name). Not sure if it would be ok to use one of these?

These are the only names that we both come to terms on

    Nathaniel
    Jackson / Jaxson
Jace (mn only if we use)

Please help!!!!!!! before my fiance names our child BO , YES thats his name of the day! ;/

Nathaniel is a great name, but quite common. James is very nice... it is classic and will age well. I prefer John to Jon (Jon looks like it is short for Jonathan), but I actually see this as being a classic, but now rare name... I don't know any young Johns (not short for Jonathan). I prefer Jackson to Jaxson... Jaxson looks made up and way too trendy... Jaxson... where did the x come from? Jace is not a fav...

Nathaniel Jackson would be an awesome choice, with the cute nickname Nate. I agree about Jaxson -- definitely, definitely use Jackson instead.
