    It may be more of a teenage boy thing, not a mom-aged female thing and that's why you haven't heard it. I would definitely avoid it. But I do love many surnames on boys.

    I was going to say go for it, as long as Johnson works well with your last name....then I saw the comments about the slang term! I have never heard of that but the urban dictionary confirms it so I would stay away from that for sure!!!

    Johnson is slang for male genitalia so it doesn't work imo. Maybe John could work? In the middle maybe? Davis John? Both of these family names connect to actual male names- John & David. Do those appeal to you? They could make a nice double barrel middle like Mason John David Smith.
