    In my opinion Reilly is all boy.
    These days Riley could be either a girl or a boy (too sad..) so if you want to make sure he has a gender specific spelling I'd go for Reilly.

    If you want the name to be definitely masculine, I'd go with Reilly. If you don't mind it being unisex, Riley would work great too.
