If I heard Layla, Elyse, and Sloane, I'd assume Sloane was your son... because it's not as feminine as the other names. And no one's going to be calling her Sloane Julianna... so it'd be an easy mistake. Some suggestions...

I think Juliet, Rowena, Jasmine and Daisy fit in nicely with your other daughters names! Sloane is cute as well!

I'm personally not a fan of Sloane, and as others have said, feels more unisex/less feminine than your other daughters' names.

With Layla Evangeline and Elyse Rose, how about:

    Allegra
    Arielle
    Arwen
    Astrid
    Coralie
    Elowen
    Freya
    Indira
Linnea (don't know if you'd want to repeat same first letter)
    Neve
    Phoebe

Hope this helps - good luck finding your perfect combination!
