    I think Marina is nice. Mira is also pretty and means ocean / sea. I don't personally like Anna (too simple), but to each his or her own.

    I actually think Anna Marina is sorta beautiful. It has a lovely rythmn to it.

    I think it's a lovely name! It does sound like Anna Karenina, but I still like it. I've actually been considering Marina as a first name, but I'm really hesitant because a marina is a place where you dock your boat :-/ I don't know if people would usually think of that or not, but I live in a coastal area and after falling in love with the name I made the connection.

    Anna Marina does sound a bit like Anna Karenina and is a bit rhymy, but whatever, both Anna and Marina are gorgeous names and they compliment each other well. I really like it the combination.

    I think Anna Marina is nice. I don't think Marina is unusual at all. There is a singer called Marina and the diamonds, so it might be considered less unusual.
