    Does Cornelia sound upper-class?

    Hello berries,
I am collecting names that fit the so-called "British upper-class" criteria. So far I really like Beatrice, Georgiana, Cressida, Araminta and a few more. I came across Cornelia which I really like but does it really sound British or more Colonial? (I know Cordelia sounds but I am not so sure about her twin sister Cornelia)
Could you help me with this? Same-style suggestions would be great as well. Thank you so much.

I'm in America but Cornelia has always seemed very low class and down market to me. All I can hear is corny!
