    Cornelia does have an upper class air about her. It's a rare Roman name that sounds similar to Cordelia, Amelia and Delia.
    The only Cornelia's I've heard about are actress/author Cornelia Otis Skinner and American socialite Cornelia Guest (she was a debutante in the 80's).

    Yes, Cornelia Guest was known as CZ Guest. I don't know what the Z stood for. She was a very wealthy, upper, upper, class society woman in NY and her daughter, also a debutant was named Cornelia.
