I vote for Cecilia-- all I can see when I read "Cece" or "Cecelia" is "feces," (which I know is a stretch, but still. It makes -ece an unpleasant sequence of letters.) And Cecily sounds like the name of someone obnoxious to me.

If you want to honor without copying, I second the suggestion of Celia. Gorgeous name.

I adore Cecily. I read about on one of these sites as a stylistic alternative to Emily and have been in love with it every since. After that, Cecilia. I agree that it's a nicer spelling, and will hopefully avoid the Cece nickname. Celia is nice too.
