I vote for Cecilia-- all I can see when I read "Cece" or "Cecelia" is "feces," (which I know is a stretch, but still. It makes -ece an unpleasant sequence of letters.) And Cecily sounds like the name of someone obnoxious to me.
If you want to honor without copying, I second the suggestion of Celia. Gorgeous name.Gwen

I much prefer Cecilia.Mom to Alexander Patrick (10), Madelyn Esther (7), Genevieve Susan (2), and angel baby Theodore James (stillborn at 37 weeks on February 3, 2014).
Hoping to welcome another little one into our family in 2015.
