    Opinions on Rosa

    Hi,

I absolutely adore Rosa, I think it's very elegant and pretty, it's unusual without being weird and there are no spelling or pronou citation problems. It's my number 2 name and I love the combo Rosa Genevieve. I know lots of people like Rose, but I think Rosa is prettier and more substantial.
    What do you think?
    Thanks,
    Ellie xx

Rosa is lovely name, but I do prefer the other variants Rose/Rosalie/Rosalind.

I love Rosa! I prefer it to Rose because its international. A Rosa could be Spanish, Italian, American, etc. It's a name that would travel well, which I appreciate. I love that about Maria, too. Another thing I love about Rosa is that it reminds of the Pixies album, Surfer Rosa.

I love Rosa! It's been on and off my favourites list for a long time. I agree that's it's prettier than Rose, as well as more unusual. It's simple and feminine without being frilly!
