I think Goku, Krillin, and Daimao would be a much better choice.

For girls, you should go with Bulma, Chi-Chi, and Videl would be great if you had girls.

I think Rufus and Jethro would be hard to pull off for a second grade boy. Goku really sticks out from the sibset, and is too associated with Dragon Ball Z. Rufus, Jethro and Edwin?

Just as a warning your child will hear KAMEHAMEHA a lot.

I actually like the name Goku but are you not Asian? May cause some teasing.

I would go with other Asian-centric names so Goku is less of a stand out. But here are ones I like with Goku.

    Girls:

    Ayoko
    Aiko
    Imogen
    Lucy
    Sato
    Yin
    Seiko

    Boys:

    Hiro
    Jin
    Ronin
    Ki
    Ryuu
    Current Favorites:

Girls: Ruby, June,Penelope, Pepper, Matilda, Chloe, Arya, Aurelia, Cricket, Myfawnwy

Boys: Jack, Phillip, Patrick, Sebastian, Bennett, Copper

If I had a child tomorrow I'd name it:
    Ruby June or Sebastian Patrick

I like Rufus and Jethro together, but Goku sticks out like a sore thumb. I've never watched Dragon Ball, so i have never heard of Goku, but it reminds me of Roku, which is an electronics company.

Goku seems to me to have a very different 'vibe' than Rufus and Jethro. Milo seems like it would fit better in its place, but i dislike that it shares Jethro's o-ending. Do you like any of the following: Digby, Fergus, Abram, Felix, Basil (both pronunciations)? Those seem to 'fit' better with the sound and feel of Rufus and Jethro, imo.
I hope to be a mom one day. For now I enjoy being a name lover.

My apologies for any typos; i post from my mobile phone.
