Favorite 5 in no specific order!
Sylvia- Beautiful, classic, very underused in my opinion! Offers the gorgeous nickname Sylvie
Penelope- Fun and sweet, though I don't know how it would age
Myra- Pretty! Have you considered Mira?
Ariana- Very strong and feminine
Evelyn- Soft and sweet. Offers cute nicknames, like Eve, Evie, Eva, or even Elle!
Least favorite 5 in no specific order!
Tabitha, Beatrice, Damaris, Dilys, and Hester... sorry! but ewwie!

Astrid - White Oleander is one of my favourite books
Demelza - I know a Demelza and she is smart, warm and caring, so the name makes me think of those qualities
Ophelia - very airy and regal sounding
Pandora - I've always had a love for this name. Quite stately yet warm sounding
Tamsin - One of my favourites. So sweet and down-to earth
Least Fave Five:
Damaris - not a fan of how if sounds
Dilys - makes me think of dill pickles
Hester - reminds me a bit of pester
Myrna - not a fan of how if sounds
Torill - haven't heard this one before, but it doesn't feel quite complete or somethingCome visit my name blog! http://babynamepondering.blogspot.com.au/

My 5 favourite are: Beatrice, Tamsin, Elara, Vera and Anastasia. These are names that I would use. I love them!
The 5 I do not like at all are: Dilys, Demelza, Myrna, Toril and Viola. These names are not pleasing to the ear. They all sound pretty harsh, except Viola. I think of the instrument and I prefer Violet.
I am excited to see Lorna on your list! I know a Lorna! I am also happy to see Hester on the list. It sounds prettier than Esther and there is the great character Hester Pryne. Why don't people like Hester?
