These are ones which I don't neccesarily all like, but which would make good names:

Bernadette, Sarai, Isabeau, Briony, Tamar, Nessa, Astrid, Keturah, Frances, Beryl, Suki, Eugenia, Freya, Niamh, Eliora, Julietta, Maeva, Eda, Rosaleen, Daisy, Alivia, Magdalen, Frederica, Lilibeth, Ailis, Madeleine, Henna, Ramona, Delyth, Eira, Enid, Aoife, Geraldine, Nola, Imelda, Ziva, Maren, Tresa, Celestia, Amaryllis, Margaux, Lileas, Arwen, Morwenna (!), Keziah, Sylvia, Dorothy, Maisie, Imogen, Inez, Moira, Moriah

    Ones I'd nix:
    Thisbe - frisbee
    Aeliana - aliens
    Nicola, Paige - dated
Kennedy, Campbell, Chandler, Merrigan - surnames
Drea, Peri, Zoa, Xia - okay if it's short for something longer
    Isaline - looks like a scientific/geographical term
    Inessa - in essence? Invernessa?!
Viviette - Vivian or Vivienne would be lovely. The 'ette' ruins it.
    Marcheline - Brangelina. Clunky.
Yesenia - kind of hard to say
Cambrie - camembert + brie? (Totally didn't see shvibziks' comment before I typed that! Cheese association is quite strong then)
    Zadie, Haidee, Keighley - trendiee
Zada - sounds like a villain
Mirin - Mirren or Merryn would fare better
    Nydia - Lydia + Nadia?
Manon - man on... a mission
Embeth - Elspeth, Emma and Beth are nicer sounding I think
    Hilaria - hilarious
Noelia, Kairi, Laelia - there's a bit too much going on
    Sadira - sad era
Senga - sounds like a video game
Zohara, Leocadia, Cleora, Mahalia - trouble with spelling & pronunciation. Quite clunky too.
Angelia - typo? Angelina is nice. Angelia sounds like a food brand.
    Bellatrix - Lestrange
    Raiza - razor
    Athalia - a failure?
    Isa - individual savings account
Madeira - m'dear! Might be ok as a middle.
    Havana - cigars
    Neva - never

Arava, Jensine, Evony, Neela, Alexane, Aster, Cantrelle, Jessamy, Virginia, Amedea, Azure, Seeley, Neely, Atarah, Medrie, Elara
    William ♠ Thomas ♠ Peter ♠ Henry ~ Rose ♠ Alice ♠ Ivy ♠ Lowenna
Mowesi ~ Henwyn Kernewek ~ Mebyon

LOVE Eira, my only reservation is that it would be mispronounced Ira all the time...oh my it is so beautiful in Welsh!
Also Love Nydia, know a very nice and successful person with this name.
Arwen - May use it for our child but don't like how "nerdy" some people view it because of the LOTR character even though it is a form of "muse" in Welsh
Like Marcheline quite a bit and Marceline as well.
Love Niamh but would use a spelling where the prn is more obvious...depends on where you live.
Mirin and Maren are beautiful as well.
Azure--I have a soft spot for "blue" names, Cerulean is even neat but maybe not useable.

Others I would keep on the list:
    Briony
    Isaline
    Astrid
    Frances
    Viviette
    Arava
    Evony
    Eliora
    Neela
    Julietta

    Amedea
    Hilaria
    Noelia
    Sadira
    Henna
    Neely
    Merrigan
    Senga
    Enid
    Nola
    Atarah
    Neva
    Medrie
    Celestia
    Athalia
    Isa

    Morwenna

I tend to think that just about every name is useable. Whether or not I personally would use it is another question. . There is the rare occasion that I think a name is not useable, usually due to inability to pronounce easily or terrible associations, but again....it's rare.

Bernadette- Useable, but would probably get a few funny looks. Still kind of out-there.
Sarai- suh-ray or suh-rye? Other than the occasional mispronunciation, I think this works.
Thisbe- I like this name. So cool. Useable
Aeliana- First thing I think of- alien. Might not be pronounced that way, but looks like it. I would avoid it.
    Nicola- Useable.
Isabeau- Useable. Might blend in with the Isabellas, though
    Briony- Useable
    Kennedy- Definitely useable

Jensine- Really no idea how to pronounce this. I would use Jenson.
Drea- Dree-uh or Dray-uh. Pronunciation issues, but would work.
    Tamar- Useable.
Isaline- Useable. Blend in with Isabellas, but still very pretty
Inessa- Useable. Unusual, but easy to pronounce.
Nessa- easy to pronounce. Might get misheard as Tessa on occasion
    Astrid- Useable. Space-y, very cool.
    Keturah-Useable, although unusual
    Frances-Useable
    Viviette-Easy to pronounce.
    Beryl-Sure.
Marcheline- Leen or line? other than that, it's pretty easy. Very different.
Yesenia- Again, unsure of how to pronounce.
    Cambrie- Cam-bree? That' alrigbht
    Zadie-I like it. Useable.
    Arava-Uh-rah-vuh? Uh-ray-vuh? Unsure, but useable.
    Suki- Pretty useable
    Evony- Sure
Zada- soft or hard a? Useable
Eugenia-Useable. Known name, easily pronounced, cute on a little girl, sophisticated on adult.
    Freya- Very useable
    Niamh- Pronunciation???
    Eliora- Useable
Haidee- Sure...although maybe confused with Haiti. Some people may be offended, but I doubt it.
    Neela-Useable.

    Mirin-Useable-ish.
    Alexane- Ummm, it's fine
    Paige- very useable
    Nydia-useable
    Maeva-very useable
Aster- useable, but you may have some teasing with the first syllable sounding like a certain bad word
Manon- I actually like this, except for the 'Man' part. Tease-able, but useable.
    Cantrelle- Useable
    Campbell-Useable. Would prefer on boy
    Peri-Useable
    Embeth-Useable
    Jessamy-Useable
    Eda-Useable

Alivia- spell it Olivia. Prettier and fuller that way, imo.
    Azure-Workable
Magdalen- Love love love Magdalen, Magdalene, Magdalena. Go for it!
Virginia-Love it. Useable, although possibility of teasing with the 'virgin' thing.
    Amedea- cool. Useable
Hilaria- Hilarious? I think this would be tooo tease-able.
    Frederica- Useable
    Noelia-Useable
    Sadira-Useable
    Lilibeth-Useable
    Chandler-Useable
    Ailis-Useable
    Madeleine-very useable

I'm just going to list all the ones I think are usable and comment on them:

Sarai- You're pushing it. It would be weird on some kids, not on others
Thisbe- Not sure if its usable, but I love it!
Aeliana- Again, on the border. It kind of looks made up, and I worry about pronunciation
    Nicola
    Isabeau- Love btw
Briony- I love this one too
Kennedy- It's so trendy, but yes it is usable
Drea- by itself? That's pushing it. As a nickname for Andrea, totally usable.
Tamar- Not saying I like it, but it is usable.
Isaline- I actually kind of like it. Its a nice change from Isabelle
Nessa- I guess it's usable. It sounds to short and childish for me, like a nick name for Vanessa, but that's just me.
    Astrid
    Frances
Cambrie- It's trendy, but I kind of like it.
    Freya
    Eliora- I like this one
Haidee- I'm kind of biased to this because I have a character named this.
Julietta- Not my favorite. I prefer Juliet. But it is usable.
Alexane- I'm not sure how to pronounce this. Alex-anne? I guess it is usable.
    Paige- Trendy, but yeah
Maeva- This is kind of cool. I like it.
Peri- Not my favorite, but it is alright.
    Rosaleen
    Daisy
    Magdalen
Noelia- Its a little too over-girly for my taste, but it is usable
    Madeleine
    Ramona
Eira- This one is on the border solely because of pronunciation. I don't think people would pronounce this right.
Cleora- I like it, it is different
    Nola
Xia- It is out there, but usable
    Maren
    Angelia
    Bellatrix
Athalia- I prefer Thalia, but it is usable
Margaux- I actually love this spelling, I thought I was the only one!
Arwen- You're pushing it here. I'm not sure how usable this is because of the whole Lord of the Rings thing, though I love it
    Sylvia
    Dorothy
    Maisie
    Elara
    Imogen
    Laelia
    Moira
    Moriah
