    As a first name I would not like Karys. As middle name with the explanation I would say go for it! Evangeline Karys flows well and is a beautiful name.

    I LOVE Evangeline Karys, that combo is on my list (with a C). The meaning behind using Karys is great too and it's so nice you get to honor both your parents

    If you like it, use it. I am personally not big at all on naming children after family members, though some people are all for it. However, your potential middle name is at least unique and even pretty. I once met a baby named Ricklynn...her father was Rick. Errr?
