    Cecilia nickname Cilla?

What are everyone's opinions on the name Cecilia? What about the nickname Cilla? It would probably just be an occasional nickname. What about middle names? I think I want something simple yet elegant. Thanks!

I really like Cecilia, but I don't like Cilla. It reminds me of cilia, the hair-like structures that line your windpipe.

I really like the suggestion of Cecilia Alice.

I love Cecilia! And Cilla is such a cute nickname. Much better than Cece IMO.
I know a Priscilla nn Cilla and I have always thought it was really cool.

I love Cecilia and I love Cilla but I don't think of them together particularly.

I think of Cilla as a nickname for Lucilla/Priscilla/Drucilla.

    And Cici/Cece/Celia for Cecilia.

I would go with Cecilia Blythe, Cecilia Faith, Cecilia Mae... something brief and airy.
