I love Willow!! I think it is graceful, simple, and underused.

Yes Ivy Winter is absolutely gorgeous and was actually our first choice months ago and we were sold but when we sanity checked the name on google a whole bunch of 'adult' stuff came up 😳 so safe to say that combo got canned pretty quick!
We also considered Ivy Willow but my hubby decided that combo was a little too 'botanical'

Here are some combo ideas that might help:

Ivy Natalia (crisp like the name Winter)
Ivy Linnea (mild, fluent feel of Willow. A flower but not immediately botanical sounding)
    Willow Adeline
    Willow Charlotte
    Willow Claire

Other firsts you might like that remind me of Ivy and/or Willow:
    Laurel
    Della
    Bryony
    Calla
    Hazel

I adore Willow! I also have the Buffy connection, but that's a good thing AFAIC. It's so flowy, reminds me of a summer breeze. Willow... Will o' the wisp, a beautiful day, reading under a tree someplace warm... I love it!

I like Willow. I'm a big Buffy nerd, though.
