I think just about anything goes with Quinn. I would pair it with a slightly longer mn.

    Quinn Beatrice
    Quinn Clementine
    Quinn Delphine
    Quinn Annabel
    Quinn Juliet
    Eudora - Casilda - Violetta - Odelia - Leocadia - Odette - Isolde - Valentine - Leopoldine - Isadora
    Eulalia - Aurelia - Marigold - Ariadne - Viola - Cosima - Philomena

I know a baby Quinn Delaney, little sis to Emery Lynn.

Not a huge fan of their choice Delaney but loving Quinn, and the nick name Quinnie is pretty adorable! If I had a Quinn I think I'd pick Allison, Emilia, Linnea or Valerie as a middle name (depending on the last name of course). I think a longer middle name would suite Quinn a little better than a one syllable such as Joy. I just feel when you say them together it could come out all jumbled as QUINJOY...which sounds a little silly to me!
Smothering one fur baby, my darling dog Briony Ember

    Peregrine, Evander, Kaius, Stellan, Cassius
    Beatrice, Hazel, Thisbe, Amoret

I can't decide about Quinn. I think it has likeable qualities, but in the end I always end up feeling it's a bit too unisex, which isn't my thing.
And as much as I love the name Joy, I do think Quinn would require a multi-syllable mn.

Quinn annoys me because all i think of is Glee and the horrible cheerleader girl (and i don't even watch Glee)...but apparently people who like Glee also tend to like that character so is probably just me.

I'd go with a 2 or 3 syllable middle. Joy is lovely, but Quinn Joy doesn't flow well.
I hope to be a mom one day. For now I enjoy being a name lover.

My apologies for any typos; i post from my mobile phone.
