If it's for a character in a book, sure. If for a child, no. I love the idea in theory, but a girl shouldn't have to grow up with the name of a ferocious cat in a world where a guy might take it as a challenge to tame her.

I don't like it. It seems like a very harsh and aggressive name that would be better suited on a boy. If I saw the name Jaguar written down I would assume it was a boy and evrn then it seems a fierce.The 3 Princesses in my life...
